Legendary music producer Quincy Jones' cause of death has been announced. The "We Are the World" creator died Nov. 3 at 91.

Quincy Jones, the music legend who shaped Michael Jackson's career, suffered from pancreatic cancer before he died at his Bel-Air home earlier this month.

Quincy Jones ' death certificate reveals that the iconic musician, composer and producer died due to pancreatic cancer. According to CNN, there were no other contributing factors listed on the certificate from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, but it did note that he had been living with cancer for several years.
